Refund Policy

1. Damaged Product Replacement

If a customer receives a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it with a fresh product.

  • The replacement will be dispatched within 3 working days from the date we receive the returned damaged product.
  • Please ensure the item is packed securely and returned in its original condition.

2. Replacements for Out-of-Stock Products

In the event that the exact product is currently out of stock:

  • The replacement will be processed within 3 to 4 working days, subject to product availability.
  • In case of prolonged unavailability, the customer will be informed, and alternate options may be provided.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Proof for Returns

To process a return or replacement request, customers must provide proper evidence at the time of unboxing.

  • Please email us photos or a video taken while unboxing the product to verify the issue.
  • The following must be visible in the media:
    • Product label 
    • Actual damaged or incorrect product
    • Outer packaging box
    • Key identifying product details

This helps us verify the authenticity of the claim and resolve it swiftly.

4. Verification Upon Return

Once we receive the returned item:

  • Our team will inspect and verify the condition of the product.
  • If the claim is valid, we will proceed with issuing a credit note or replacement accordingly.

5. Issuance of Credit Notes

  • Upon successful verification of the returned product, we will issue a credit note equal to the product's value.
  • This credit note can be redeemed against any future purchase on our website.

6. Credit Note Validity

  • The issued credit note will remain valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
  • Please ensure to utilize it before the expiry date as it cannot be extended.

7. No Cash Refunds for Partial Payments

We do not offer cash or online refunds for orders that are: Paid partially 

8. Shipping Charges for Requested Replacements

If a customer requests a replacement product that is different from the original (but available on our website):

  • Standard shipping charges will apply for the newly requested item.

9. Non-Replaceable / Non-Exchangeable Products

Some items are strictly non-returnable or non-exchangeable due to hygiene, customization, or policy constraints.

  • These will be clearly mentioned on the respective product pages or packaging.
  • Please read the product details carefully before making a purchase.

10. Refund Policy for Prepaid Orders

For eligible prepaid orders:

  • The full product cost will be refunded within 7–8 business days to the original payment method after receiving and verifying the returned item.
  • Please note: No refunds are applicable for cash-on-delivery or partially paid orders.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that changes may be needed. Here’s how you can cancel your order:

  • Orders can be canceled within 1-2 hours of placing the order, or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
  • To request cancellation, please email us at contactamulyah@gmail.com with the following details:
    • Your Order ID
    • Reason for cancellation
    • Your contact number for confirmation

If your order is eligible for cancellation and was prepaid:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–8 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.


Order Update Policy

If you need to make a change to your order, please reach out within 1 to 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Your Order ID
  • description of the update you need
  • Your contact number

We allow the following order updates:

  • Correction or change of shipping address or phone number
  • Addition of extra products to the same order
  • Any other minor updates or clarifications related to your order

Please note: Once the order is processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
